Day of Schedule

• 7:00am - Breakfast is available for purchase at the pole barn at the WoodenBoat campus.

• 7:30am to 9:00am – Race packet and Merchandise pick up.

  • Race instructions, meal tickets, and merchandise can be picked up prior to the skipper’s meeting only.

  • Meal tickets and merchandise are offered for sale until they are sold out.

• 9:00am – Skipper’s meeting also at the pole barn at WoodenBoat

• 11:00am – Race Start

• 4:00pm - BYOB Cocktail party at WoodenBoat Publications

• 5:30pm – BBQ Chicken, Ribs, and Sausage Dinner at WoodenBoat Publications

• 6:00pm – Live Music begins

• 8:00pm – Awards Ceremony

• 10:00pm – Music concludes for the night

• 10:30pm Last launch departs WoodenBoat for the night
